Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Encypher demonstration (the "Demo"). By accessing or using the Demo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Evaluation-Only Use
- The Demo is provided solely for evaluation and informational purposes.
- You may not use the Demo for production workloads or commercial exploitation.
- You may not use the Demo to provide services to third parties.
2. Proprietary Rights
The Demo and all underlying technology, designs, methods, and content are the proprietary property of Encypher Corporation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights, title, or interest are transferred to you.
3. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly.
- No copying, reproduction, or distribution of the Demo or its outputs beyond evaluation.
- No benchmarking, competitive analysis, or publication of results without prior written consent.
4. No License Granted
Except for the limited evaluation right described above, Encypher grants no license, express or implied, including without limitation any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, or trademarks.
5. Privacy
Use of the Demo is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data in connection with the Demo.
6. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Demo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encypher disclaims all liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Demo.
